I never imagined that such a surrealist conversation could ever happen! Some days ago, while I was in Norway for Førdefestivalen (that has been awesome, as usual), a message arrived to me by WhatsApp, that produced this conversation. Reed and we will talk more below:

It really looks almost incredible but it is like that, copied and pasted from WhatsApp. I would not be able to imagine such a shameful conversation. It seems that this person is not the sharpest tool in the box to treat like this someone from who you want to get some help, but let’s make some more reflections:
- Do you think that he would have treated a man like that, as considering that he must dedicate his time, just for the sake of it and without a doubt? Machismo is that we are beaten and violated, but it is also machismo the fact that it is considered that we are available for the others, without considering the same for men.
- Do you think it makes sense to use WhatsApp to search for collaboration and help, without even adding a profile picture?
- Do you think it makes sense to start a conversation like this and to introduce yourself only after the other person has told you to go to hell because of your impertinences?
- Do you think it makes sense to adulate the eyes of a woman that you don´t know and who doesn´t know you, and with who you are suppossed to be willing to collaborate professionally? Machismo is also that get are reified as if we were objects of decoration.
- Do you think it makes sense to ask a person with who you want to collaborate about music, and who you are suppossed to admire so much, and who has explained everywhere in the Internet what is the music she works with, that what music does she like?
